The Manager, Change Blueprint, reporting to the AVP, Organizational Effectiveness, is responsible to design and implement a strategic blueprint for change, while ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to organizational change. The role will focus on understanding and sharing understanding of the organization as a complex and changing system within the industry, integrating change efforts and enhancing employee experience. The team reporting to this role is accountable to design and deliver on a strategy that considers all interconnected elements of change currently and in the future. The incumbent will partner with other Corporate Strategy functions and the rest of the organization in addition to cooperating with an external community of practice to enhance and evolve our ability to deliver on the strategic direction. In this role you will: Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to a team of direct reports, matrix reporting relationships and contractors with a focus on systems thinking. Design and Implement the Change Blueprint that outlines how organizational change will be carried out. Establish Integration Guidelines to ensure that change initiatives are harmonized across various departments and aligned with business objectives. Create a Unified Change Landscape to visualize organizational changes and interdependencies with overall impact. Use this integrated view to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives while sharing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders, emphasizing on overall impacts and progress toward organizational goals. Systemic Impact Assessment: Assess and monitor system-wide impacts, considering how changes in one area may affect other areas. Enhance Employee Experience through the development and execution of an integrated communication and engagement plan. Foster a Unified Change Culture: Promote a culture that recognizes and values change efforts, helping employees understand and navigate changes as part of a broader system. Conduct scenario planning with a focus on systemic impacts, using insights to guide long-term strategy and adapt to evolving internal and external conditions. Analyze global trends and regulations with a systems perspective, understanding how they influence and integrate with local change efforts and organizational strategies. Apply global best practices in a way that complements and enhances the existing change management framework, ensuring seamless integration across the organization. Create and manage metrics that reflect the interconnected nature of change efforts, tracking adoption, utilization, and proficiency across the entire system. Build and execute on a learning curriculum for employees and managers, encouraging an understanding of how their work and attitudes fits into the broader organizational context. Engage Across Functions: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities. What you bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of people management experience. 7+ years Organizational Change experience Progressive strategic planning experience with a focus on systems thinking and integration Proven experience in designing and implementing integrated change frameworks and managing systemic impacts Demonstrated strategic thinking capability, strategic planning and scenario planning Exceptional leadership skills with high people regard Extended proficiency in data analysis tools How others describe you: Abilities and Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels of management including executives.
