CE QUE VOUS FEREZ Soutenir la création de documents stratégiques annuels pour toutes les propriétés du portefeuille en assurant l'exactitude et la clarté de ceux-ci Soutenir la production de documents sur l'assortiment commercial Développer les analyses basées sur les KPI opérationnels mensuels/trimestriels et les rapports pour les clients et les dirigeants Soutenir la révision et l'amélioration des processus liés à la location, aux opérations et aux approbations des clients Collaborer avec l'équipe FP&A pour s'assurer que les rapports clients répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise et des clients, y compris l'amélioration des tableaux de bord Collaborer avec l'équipe de Location pour assurer l'exactitude des soumissions de location Rechercher et agréger les informations sur les finances des locataires et les renseignements de marché pour les rapports trimestriels Responsable de l'organisation et de la prise de notes du Comité de Gestion mandaté par le client ; les responsabilités incluent la collecte, l'examen et l'approbation des sujets à couvrir ; la soumission des documents au client ; le suivi des approbations ; la soumission des procès-verbaux au client pour approbation Examiner de temps à autre les processus couverts par les directives de gouvernance du client pour s'assurer que tous les processus sont correctement mis en œuvre Maintenir des registres détaillés et des bases de données, assurant l'intégrité et l'exactitude des données Soutenir la création et l'exécution de la documentation relative à la gestion des relations avec le client, y compris le suivi des initiatives liées à la performance des frais d'incitation, le développement de plans de communication Gérer le processus d'évaluation en fournissant et en coordonnant la livraison de toutes les informations nécessaires à l'évaluateur et en examinant les évaluations Assister dans le processus de diligence raisonnable pour la cession des propriétés Participer à des projets spéciaux et assumer d'autres tâches selon les besoins Assister aux projets d'amélioration continue selon les besoins Analyses ad hoc selon les besoins CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou équivalent Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse financière. Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, they will work closely with members of the Leasing and Financial Performance and Analysis teams. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Support creation of annual Strategy documents for all properties in the portfolio ensuring accuracy and clarity Support creation of merchandise mix documents Develop insights based on monthly/quarterly operational KPIs and reporting for client and business leaders Support review and enhancement of processes, related to leasing, operations and client approvals Partner with FP&A to ensure client reporting supports business and client needs, including enhancement of dashboard reporting Partner with Leasing to ensure accuracy of Leasing submissions Research and aggregate information on tenant financials and market intel for quarterly reporting Responsible for organization and minute taking of client mandated Management Committee; responsibilities include collecting, reviewing and approving topics to be covered; Submitting documents to client; tracking of approvals; submitting minutes to client for approval Time-to-time reviewing processes covered by governance guidelines from client to ensure, all processes are being implemented correctly Maintain detailed records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Support creation and execution of documentation related to managing relations with client, including tracking of initiatives related to Incentive Fee performance, development of communications plans Manage the appraisal process by providing and coordinating the delivery of all necessary information to the appraiser and reviewing valuations Assist in the due diligence process for disposition of properties Participate in special projects, and take on other duties, as needed Assist in continuous improvement projects as needed Ad hoc analysis on an as-needed basis WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR University degree in business administration or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role in Financial Reporting and Analysis or within Leasing.
