We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our property's success. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Collaborate with a small marketing team to implement strategies from the property marketing plan. Participate in all phases of events and programs, from planning to post-event analysis. Coordinate various activities such as events, promotions, partnerships, and sponsorships. Manage logistics for in-mall campaigns, including installations, load-in/out, print production, site setup, and brand ambassadors. Oversee the mall website, digital screen content, social media content creation, and analytics. Lead the local Tourism Program, collaborating with the Guest Services team and hospitality partners. Support Guest Services on the Gift Card program and assist with customer feedback and queries. Aid retailers with store openings, moves, closings, and special events. Draft memos and contracts, manage insurance, and oversee stakeholders in various projects. Handle departmental accounting duties, such as expense tracking, reporting, and invoice coding. Procure supplies and promotional goods. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING: Post Secondary education in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, events, retail, digital marketing, or advertising. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience. Preferred but not required: shopping center experience, corporate setting experience, and sponsorship/revenue generation experience. Must be able to conduct regular mall walk-throughs to maintain marketing signage and installations. Flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational and event coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and quality. Technologically savvy and resourceful, with experience in content creation for digital platforms, including web and social media. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe, and Canva. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including editing, proofreading, and graphic design. Skilled storyteller with persuasive abilities. Professional judgment, strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude. Drive to exceed expectations and continuously improve. Strong interest in customer service and dedication to task execution. Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and resilience. Excellent interpersonal skills for working with peers, management, contractors, and support teams. Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
