Lead Event Analysis Processes within the Region and drive consistency across investigations. Review and prioritize Management of Change (MOC) requests for regional evaluation and input feedback into the MOC system. Work with Engineers, Technical Specialists, Maintenance teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address equipment failures and gather data for root cause analysis. Facilitate and/or assist with risk assessments and act as Process Hazard Assessment (PHA) Lead as required. Who You Are: Technologist Diploma, preferably in Process or Mechanical Engineering, with five or more years of experience. Proven ability to initiate and manage change, be innovative, think strategically, and work well with teams. Interest and proficiency in initiating and continuously learning new tools and systems including Software tools and work processes. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. This includes the ability to effectively interact with peers, internal stakeholders and equipment vendors. Strong written communication skills are essential for this position. High-level of initiative and ownership for the work. Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a driver’s abstract check prior to hire.
