They are looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to the team on a temporary basis.

The Job!
You will work closely with an amazing team, managing various operational tasks related to Workday, including setting up lessons, programs, campaigns, pathways, tracking attendance, sending notifications, reporting, and monitoring learning compliance. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the below:
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions for processes
- Respond to ad hoc report requests and seek opportunities to automate report delivery
- Address inquiries from candidates, global employees, managers, and team members regarding policies, programs, processes, systems, and initiatives
- Manage and resolve tickets, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of personal information
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks under time constraints, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to balance workloads, fostering a cooperative work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management and contribute to other initiatives as needed
What you bring to the job
You are a go-getter who takes the initiative to solve problems and improve processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about maintaining a positive workplace culture. In addition, you come with the following qualifications and soft skills:
- A minimum of post-secondary education, with an HR certificate or coursework in progress
- Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks accurately under time constraints with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels while maintaining confidentiality
- Organized with a clear process orientation
- Demonstrated focus on customer service and interpersonal skills
Expected Compensation: $25-27.50 per hour
