Business Analyst(s)
Location: Moncton, NB
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst(s) to join our client’s team in Moncton, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting the actual needs of stakeholders, often requiring an in-depth investigation to uncover and clarify the underlying business requirements. As a key member of the team, you will help drive organizational change by defining these needs, determining appropriate solutions, and delivering value to stakeholders, all while considering the potential technological implications in the current business landscape.
Your primary responsibilities will include understanding key business data, performing requirements elicitation and documentation, and developing use cases and test cases. You will also be responsible for documenting business processes, enabling the business to act on analytical insights through an understanding of analytics tools, and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and security of datasets. In addition, you will need to understand the risk tolerance and profile of the business, collaborate with design and architecture teams, and translate business process models into technical realizations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a University Degree in a related discipline and at least three years of work experience in a business environment, preferably within IT. You should be well-versed in Microsoft Technologies, particularly Office 365, and be motivated by customer-focused outcomes, inspiring others to approach problems in innovative ways. A technically inclined mindset, a process-oriented approach, and natural curiosity will be key to thriving in this role. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on continuous learning and acquiring new skills and software applications.
Additional qualifications that will set you apart include experience with Business Process Modeling, an Entry Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA), knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, and familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
