Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality and Food Safety Manager located in Scoudouc, NB. The Quality and Food Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and food safety protocols within the facility. Daily tasks include monitoring and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting audits and inspections, and working closely with the food manufacturing team to maintain high standards of food safety. The manager will also provide training and support to staff on quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills
- Experience in Food Safety and Food & Beverage industry
- Knowledge of Food Manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
