Red Bull is seeking top-performing students to join our dynamic Product Marketing team, an integral part of our Brand Marketing team.
As a Product Marketing Intern, you will focus on consumer activation projects – some of Red Bull Canada’s most important marketing campaigns. You will take ownership of tasks, support various projects, and contribute based on your strengths and passions. Throughout the internship, you will gain valuable exposure to the entire lifecycle of our national campaigns, from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will gain firsthand experience in creative development, agency management, and campaign reporting for a diverse audience. More importantly, you’ll learn unique marketing skills while having fun!
The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
RED BULL GAMING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPEMENT
Assist in building creative identity including key visuals and paid media assets in co-ordination with our agencies to drive consumer awareness and engagement. Support on translating key visuals to impactful in-store POS, in close collaboration with trade marketing, to win incremental floor space and boost awareness. Support in managing the campaign trafficking process with the media agency, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets and approving their performance on platforms. Co-ordinate with field marketing and consumer collecting teams to identify and create impactful field tools to amplify the campaign across the collegiate and student universe.
CAMPAIGN MEASURING AND REPORTING
Assist in translating advertising results to Marketing and Sales (M&S) plans or post report presentations. Support in cross department co-ordination to ensure comprehensive inputs for M&S and Post Reports for our multi-athlete challenge, gaming and Red Bull Racing campaigns.
BUSINESS PLAN 2026
Identify new and upcoming playgrounds (via secondary research) that are relevant for Red Bull to focus on in 2026 and beyond. Identify creative best practices and innovative marketing campaigns relevant to Red Bull consumer activations, as well as emerging consumer engagement trends in the market.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; self-starter, and able to work independently with confidence.
- Precise attention to detail with exceptional project and time management.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to distil information into meaningful insights to measure campaign performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Love and passion for Tetris and Formula1 is an asset.
