Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design engaging and user-friendly experiences for our proprietary technology platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with creative, technology, and external teams to define and implement UX/UI design requirements for digital assets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy that aligns with the brand and business goals.
- Create high-quality design solutions including wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and visual designs.
- Design intuitive UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Stay current with design trends and leverage them to innovate user experiences across digital platforms.
- Provide expertise in UX research methodologies and usability testing to anticipate and understand user behavior.
- Ensure adherence to design and style standards, including typography and graphic elements.
- Work effectively on multiple projects, managing time and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of UX/UI design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio showcasing professional UX/UI design work, including responsive web design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with design systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to work independently and in team settings, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with UX research methodologies and usability testing is a plus.
- Passion for creating user-centered designs that elevate the overall experience.

How We Work
This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.
