Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Support Specialist at Seville Property Group in Moncton, NB. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for data entry, administration, application review, leases, and providing excellent customer service via email on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative responsibilities (Data entry, application review, lease preparation)
- Facilitate email leads
- Manage tenant profiles and reporting in Yardi (Training will be provided)
- Prepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process
- Review and assist with rental applications.
- Prepare move-in information upon approval of the rental application.
Qualifications
- Property Management and Residential Leasing experience
- Proficient in learning and using new software programs
- Knowledge in Yardi (Preferred)
- Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in property management is beneficial
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
