Corporate Account Manager, Apartments, Up to $75,000k + incentives, Remote (East Coast). A superb opportunity to join this ambitious, global apartments provider to the corporate sector where you will manage a portfolio of USA based accounts.
This a a permanent, full-time and remote role with occasional travel to visit clients as required.
Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities
- Account Manage a portfolio of clients including direct corporates, Travel Management Companies (TMC's) and Relocation Management Companies (RMC's).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders with the aim of retaining and growing individual accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise spend, margins and conversion of business.
- Identify further commercial opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Play a key role in responding to RFP's and contract renewals.
- Work cross functionally with colleagues to ensure SLA's are being met and customer satisfaction optimised.
Corporate Account Manager Skills Required
- Prior account management experience in the travel or accommodation services sector for the corporate market.
- Experience partnering with TMC's, RMC's and directly with corporates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, comfortable analysing and reporting on data.

- A basic salary up to $75,000 per annum plus incentives
- The role will be fully remote with occasional travel required to meet clients. We are looking for someone on the East coast due to closer time difference with European colleagues.
