Junior Graphic Designer
How does the role impact the organization?
This role supports our financial advisors’ personalized branding and marketing needs by designing their collaterals and other marketing materials, and ensuring that they reflect the Raymond James brand.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Fulfill advisor marketing design requests for collaterals and materials for print, signage, and screen.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Raymond James Ltd.'s brand guidelines by using and customizing the appropriate templates.
- Provide subject matter expertise on design, accessibility, and brand compliance to advisors and other members of the Advisor Marketing team.
- Ensure accessibility in all designs to cater to diverse audiences.
- Prepare final artwork for print and/or screen.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to continuously improve design quality.

What do we expect from you?
To qualify for this opportunity you possess: - A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in:
- Working with brand guidelines, templates, and scalable design solutions.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Final artwork preparation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and accessibility.
- Demonstrated ability to understand design requests and communicate design concerns and considerations clearly to teammates and advisors
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough QA on one’s own work
- Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines in a high-volume, high-paced environment while maintaining a high level of design quality.
Preferred: - At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Copy-writing and copy-editing skills
- Proficiency in:
- Motion graphics and video editing.
- HTML and CSS with a focus on accessibility.
