Role & Salary
- Talent Acquisition Specialist
- This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of full-time in the future.
- Contract range is $35-45K, depending on experience and suitability
- This is a hybrid role, in-office (Toronto) at least three times a week
Duties Include
- Identify and screen agency candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability
- Liaise with leaders to identify promising candidates
- Authentically represent our organization’s culture, values, and opportunities
- Keep meticulous records for future reference
- Assist with onboarding
- Support talent management projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to take great notes during meetings
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Proficient with Google Apps like Docs and Spreadsheets
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices
- Experience in a creative agency recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
