Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition – Process, Programs and Innovation, this role will have accountability to support the overall strategy and execution of early talent programs including the hiring of all coops, new grads, and students/interns across the organization. In partnership with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Talent, they will be accountable for all the administration and coordination of program efforts and work very closely on day-to-day delivery. They will post early talent roles across all internal and external platforms, research schools and programs to support the strategy, organize events and workshops to recruit early talent, prepare and organize all marketing, collateral and swag, and support the screening, onboarding, and hiring of all students to set them up for success on day one. In addition, they will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Early Talent with various administrative tasks to enable successful program outcomes.
How You Will Create Impact
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Talent, in the execution of the overall early talent strategy
- Support the development of annual plans, recruitment cycle/timelines and calendar of events and presentations and other materials to profile Cooperators on campus
- Research colleges, universities, and other industry associations/organizations with programs of interest that align to business requirements
- Own the job posting process for all early talent roles and support the full cycle recruitment; post and manage roles on school sites/platforms and ensure timelines are met
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate all events and prepare materials as required for all stakeholders in advance
- Manage and organize swag, banners and other materials needed at various events
- Support the development of materials to prepare hiring leaders with appropriate interview tools, tips, and training
- Track all early talent hires in the applicant tracking system and provides regular updates and track metrics to ensure positive outcomes from programs
- Act as an ambassador for Cooperators at career fairs, info sessions and various events targeted for early talent
- Continuously seek process and program improvements to enhance the early talent experience
- All other tasks and administrative duties as required

To Join Our Team
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years coordination experience preferably with early talent/student/campus recruitment
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline
- Ideally you have some experience supporting recruitment or early talent/campus programs
- You have some experience managing projects and/or multiple priorities driven by tight timelines
- A CHRP designation is preferred, or other recruiting credentials
- You have excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
What You Need To Know
- You may travel occasionally locally and across Canada
- Evening and weekend event set up/participation will be required
- You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days in office per week
