Roles and Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the senior leadership, including heavy calendar and schedule management, preparing for meetings, and coordinating priorities.
- Travel Management: Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the leaders.
- Communication: Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Planning: Anticipate needs and resolve potential issues before they arise—ensuring executives are always a step ahead.
- Administrative Tasks: Process expenses using Concur, maintain records, and utilize tech tools such as Salesforce to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a senior executive assistant role, ideally supporting leaders in pension or investment management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills—confident, professional, and concise.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in tools like Concur and Salesforce (nice to have).
