Position Overview:
BoomerangFX is hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our high-performing sales organization. With a player-coach mentality, you’ll inspire and scale teams across our Miami, Mississauga, and remote operations, driving revenue and building a world-class sales culture. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record of scaling high-growth tech or startup companies and excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that drives revenue growth and aligns with BoomerangFX’s expansion objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across Mississauga, and the BDC workforce, ensuring alignment with company targets and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive sustainable sales growth by implementing scalable processes, optimizing team performance, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions that maximize value and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to create a seamless go-to-market strategy and elevate the client experience.
- Define, track, and analyze key sales KPIs to measure success, identify market trends, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Represent BoomerangFX as an industry leader at Medspa and Aesthetic Healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
What you offer:
- Leadership & Experience: 7+ years of sales leadership and solution-selling experience, with a proven track record in healthcare SaaS, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of medspas, private-pay healthcare, industry regulations, and emerging market trends.
- Tech & Digital Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including email sequencing, pipeline management, and analytics. Proven exposure to digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising.
- Exceptional Communication & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities. Track record of booking and leading high-impact product demos that drive conversions.
- Entrepreneurial & Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to set and achieve aggressive sales targets, work independently, and foster a culture of accountability and success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
