Job Description
As a Recruitment Administrator reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Recruitment Department. Your responsibilities include streamlining processes, reducing administrative tasks, and providing accurate, timely data delivery. Leveraging your resourcefulness and experience, you will manage various administrative, coordination, and reporting functions, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and contributing to the department's success.
What would you be doing?
- Organize and maintain key personnel data, submit invoices, track budget spending, and manage receipts, including credit card expenses.
- Assist with posting and validating job listings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates on recruitment platforms and "Open Jobs" listings.
- Administer recruitment systems, including report generation, user management, and support ticket submissions, while supporting the onboarding process for new team members.
- Manage recruitment social media, job boards, and campaigns, and coordinate the Employee Referral Program and recruitment capacity reporting.
- Assist in planning and promoting hiring events, ensuring the Recruitment Hiring Events Calendar is current.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Minimum of a high school diploma and three years of HR or recruitment experience; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
