Role Summary
The Industrial Designer is responsible for transforming innovative ideas into market-ready products and compelling visual assets. This role involves collaborating across disciplines to develop product designs from concept to completion, leveraging advanced technologies and materials. The Industrial Designer also creates high-quality graphics and product renders for marketing materials and technical documentation, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with structural engineers, designers, external manufacturers, and product management to conceptualize and develop new products, ensuring seamless implementation of industrial designs
- Partner with external brands to create custom product designs that align with their brand identity
- Generate innovative product concepts and ideation sketches to drive design development
- Develop 3D mock-up models and rapid prototypes to visualize and refine product designs
- Present new product concepts and design ideas to management for review and approval
- Oversee the design process from initial concept to final production, ensuring consistency and quality
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and present insights to management
- Design graphics for internal and external marketing materials, product instructions, and technical documentation
- Create high-quality CAD renderings for marketing assets and technical documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Education or Equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, or a relevant combination of education and experience
Years Of Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial design

Specialized Skills, Knowledge, or Certifications Unique To This Role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, Visualize, and Fusion 360 (or equivalent design tools)
- Advanced rendering skills (preferred)
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, materials, surface finishes, and textures
- Experience collaborating with factories and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility
- Solid knowledge of graphic design principles, trends, and production processes
- Hands-on experience with model-making and prototyping techniques
- Ability to integrate ergonomics and human factors into the design process
- Awareness of market trends and their impact on product design
