Job Summary
Planning, research and development of projects. Development of project charter. Management of project budgets, including negotiating with sponsors, stakeholders, consultants and contractors. Deliver presentations and training on projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and develop project charter, come up with solutions to resolve issues/problems and establish schedule.
- Provide direction to stakeholders and user groups and consultants during design, development, communication stages, including presentations, facilitate meetings, etc.
- Coordinate delivery of services from different areas of expertise.
- Act as liaison between clients, contractors and consultants to avoid conflicts.
- Solicit, evaluate and award quotations from contractors and consultants.
- Ensure all legislated service standard requirements are maintained throughout project.
- Site inspections to assess and document specifics of request and prioritize.
- Audit review and site inspections on a regular basis to track any deviation from specifications.
- Review and approve reports provided by consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents, payments, change orders and authorizations for release of payments.
- Provide technical guidance, implement training for delivery of related project, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills And Qualifications
- Certified technologist, PMP and/or LEED designations
- 5 years’ experience in design and project management.
- Microsoft Office software
- May require site visits involving climbing ladders, scaffolding, some light lifting of supplies/materials. Prolonged exposure to computer keyboards and screens.
- Primarily office environment, site visits
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 76,313.00 - $ 101,753.00
