Procurement Contact Centre Analyst – 12-Month Contract

We are looking for a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst to join a dynamic procurement team in a leading financial institution. This role is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension and full-time employment. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days in the office per week.
As a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst, you will play a key role in managing procurement operations, optimizing stakeholder experiences, and ensuring compliance with internal and external control standards. You will work across various procurement areas, including Corporate Cards, Purchasing, Supplier Enablement, and Help Desk support. Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Knowledge of business processes and procurement procedures
- Project or program management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous banking experience (highly considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on procurement solutions and strategy implementation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives
- Analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support procurement operations, including system access management and supplier enablement
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs related to procurement processes
