Role Description
This is a volunteer, on-site role for a Director on the Board of Directors at CPA New Brunswick | CPA Nouveau-Brunswick located in Moncton, NB. The Director will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction and governance of the organization.
Qualification
- CPA Member in good standing
Commitment
- Directors are elected for three-year terms (maximum two terms).
- Directors are expected to attend four to five meetings and actively participate in one or more committees.
- Board meetings are usually held in-person, while committee meetings are mainly held virtually.
- Directors are also expected to attend the CPA New Brunswick Convocation ceremony, as well as other CPA New Brunswick related events.
Although it is considered a substantial time commitment of volunteer hours, as a member of the CPA New Brunswick Board of Directors, you will get the experience of working with a superior team while making a notable contribution toward the CPA profession.
