About the Role:
WeManageHR is assisting our client in seeking a highly skilled
HR Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, record management, and policy implementation. This role is essential in ensuring HR operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment, and supporting conflict resolution
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Coordinate company events, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and meetings
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, providing guidance on HR-related matters
- Support HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and leadership
