HR Recruiter. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual with a strong passion for recruitment to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of recruitment and requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best candidates are selected
- Conduct onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
