Job Description
- 7 to 8 years of Strong Hands on Application Maintenance Support Experience in AS400 using the below skills
- Must have worked as a Production Support Analyst previously and has thorough understanding of the Retail Banking Concepts ad Core Banking Knowledge.
- Excellent Communication and Client Interaction Skills
- Strong Programming Background in: IBM iSeries (AS400), Cobol/400, RPGLE & SQLRPG. Would prefer candidates who have worked in Support roles
- Excellent skill in DB2 / SQL/query language and debugging
- Have the knowledge of writing complex queries
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Must have strong team and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task when required
- Adept at delivering high quality software documentation with high attention to detail required
- High analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- High customer orientation and quality awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
