Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Assistant located in Toronto, ON. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, communication with candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting interviews, and offering administrative assistance. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Hiring and Interviewing skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Administrative Assistance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the real estate or consulting industry is a plus
