Role Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist licensed in Ontario.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong interest in integrating advanced tools such as biomechanical screening, pain science, blood flow restriction (BFR), stroboscopic eyewear, and reactive light training into clinical practice.
- Comfortable applying strength, conditioning, and exercise principles in treatment.
- Growth mindset with a desire to lead in clinical practice and education.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and build a caseload effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.
- Participate in community events, presentations, and outreach activities.
