As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met with innovative and strategic solutions. You will take ownership of marketing planning, execution, and performance, working closely with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service.
- Oversee and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance client success and grow accounts through strategic initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an account management, marketing strategy, or agency role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and marketing analytics is considered an asset.
