IBM's SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new leader to drive this growth. As an SAP SuccessFactors Business Development Manager, you will partner with a team of internal leaders and external partners (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.) to identify, qualify, and close opportunities. Your sales efforts and accomplishments will address the most strategic requirements of the prospective client and promise both short-term and long-term revenue for IBM. You will maintain an effective business relationship with the client's management team and influence the overall success of our SuccessFactors offerings within the Canadian marketplace. You will work to determine the client's needs and translate these needs into solutions and thus opportunities for IBM. As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our SAP S/4HANA consulting practice.
