Mandate:
Reporting to the department manager, the Customer Service Representative will act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts in the warehouse and support warehouse operations by providing timely and efficient service to all customer inquiries.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interacting with clients and Delmar's accounting department regarding billing inquiries
- Assisting customers with questions, inquiries, complaints, or special requests
- Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and enhance customer service
- Proactively contributing to the identification and resolution of quality enhancements
- Project monitoring, customer compliance, and new customer onboarding
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent; a background in Supply Chain or a related field is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the 3PL industry, with a focus on customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
