Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Thrice a Week Onsite)

Job Description
Primary Skills:
- Around 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Must have experience in the core skills of Planning, Status Reporting, Financials
- Must have experience in Essential core Project Management skills
- Essential core Project Management skills
- Hand on experience in MS Project tool
- Implement project management best practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Working exposure with key technology teams
- Knowledge on best practices and architectures
- Must possess good client facing experience
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution
- Continually work to move projects to a successful completion in line with the agreed timescales, at desired quality and within budget
- Coordinate all project related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately
- Work towards continual improvement by implementing corrective action plans based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives etc
- Represent the project at meetings and in group discussion as requested
- Provide weekly / regular project updates to the key stake holders
- Proven expertise in project management, with certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum being a plus
Secondary Skills
- Working with Agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with onsite-offshore model
- Leadership skills to mentor and direct onshore/offshore resources.
- Excellent communications skills
- Possesses excellent collaboration skills, and leverages relationships across the business to drive outcomes
- Knowledge in Wealth Management Domain is desirable
