Responsibilities:
Haul biosolids and other materials safely and efficiently.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations while on duty.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Complete and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients, providing updates on delivery schedules and addressing any issues.
Assist in the training and mentorship of junior drivers as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and promptly report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3 years of AZ driving experience.
Proficiency in driving an 18-speed manual transmission.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
