Job Description
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support system design, implementation, and testing.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, project scoping, and work estimation.
- Gather and document business and system requirements, process models, and user stories.
- Support development and testing teams, including defect management and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprints, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (AODA) and Public Sector Digital Service Standards.
- Report progress, manage risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Business Analysis & Methodologies (25%) – Strong experience with SDLC, Agile, and waterfall methodologies. Expertise in UML, Business Object Modeling, and JAD/sprint facilitation.
- Technical (15%) – Experience analyzing and estimating complex systems in mainframe/mid-tier environments. Familiarity with legacy systems, Oracle Siebel, Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, Power BI, and prototyping tools.
- Business Analysis & Documentation (25%) – Proven ability to document functional & non-functional requirements, business rules, process models, risk matrices, and system specifications.
- Communication & Collaboration (15%) – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong facilitation and reporting abilities.
- Public Sector & Domain Knowledge (20%) – Experience with government applications, policies, licensing, registration, fraud prevention, and related services.
