The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with booking plumbing services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate schedules between customers and technicians.
- Provide clear communication and updates to customers regarding their appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in our sweekends).
