Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time
Learn and maintain strong product knowledge on Hyundai vehicles and programs
Generate leads, prospect and book appointments for potential customers
Understand customers’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations
Build trust and lasting relationships with customers
Stay organized, proactive, and accountable in your day to day work
Attend training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp
Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process
Uphold OMVIC regulations and company policies with professionalism
You champion success with these accomplishments:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Automotive sales experience is preferred.
OMVIC Certification is required within the first 2 weeks of hiring.
Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
Must have valid Class ‘G’ Ontario driver's license and clean driver’s abstract.
Strong computer skills.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

Compensation (expected annual earnings): $50,000 - $100,000. This range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
