We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Draftsperson / Architectural Technologist? to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Produce and oversee technical design and contract documents in compliance with the Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
- Work with senior team members to ensure that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, building codes, and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical design solutions for facility construction, including both interior and exterior assemblies.
- Coordinate internal production teams.
- Coordinate with project sub-consultants.
- Provide technical mentoring and leadership to less experienced staff.
- Assist with contract administration, including site visits and working with construction contractors.
Qualifications:
Education: College diploma or apprentice training 2 years minimum
- Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist for an architectural consulting firm, with experience in multi-unit residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, or industrial project types.
- Strong product knowledge and demonstrated ability to detail architectural building systems.
- Construction site experience.
- Proficiency with Revit software is required, with experience in detailed model creation, coordinated construction documentation, and developing and managing custom Revit families to support project-specific needs.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles and workflows, experience in a Microsoft 365 environment, construction site experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam.
