Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Assistant based in Sydney CBD.
We're looking for a digitally fluent Marketing Assistant to join our team and take a hands-on role across our full marketing programme.
We're a professional services firm that markets itself through thought leadership, events, publications, and a strong digital presence. We're also embracing AI tools — including Claude — to work smarter and move faster. What you'll be doing:
Branding & Digital Design
• Creating and adapting on-brand digital assets using Canva or Adobe Suite
• Ensuring consistent brand presentation across all digital and print touchpoints
• Using AI tools to speed up asset creation, copywriting, and ideation
• Liaising with external designers when needed
Events & Presentations
• Coordinating and promoting events digitally — from landing pages and email invites to post-event follow-up
• Building polished presentation decks and supporting materials
• Representing the brand professionally at in-person events
Publications & Content
• Supporting the production of digital reports, articles, newsletters, and thought leadership content
• Using Claude and other AI tools to draft, edit, and repurpose content efficiently
• Managing content schedules and ensuring everything is formatted for digital channels
Email Marketing
• Building, automating, and sending email campaigns and newsletters via Vision 6
• Managing segmentation, contact lists, and workflows
• Analysing performance data and continuously improving results
Website & SEO
• Managing and updating website content via CMS
• Managing and updating website structure via Wordpress
• Executing on-page SEO — keywords, metadata, content structure, internal linking
• Monitoring performance via Google Analytics and Search Console
• Using AI tools to support keyword research and content optimisation
Social Media
• Managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — content, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting
• Leveraging AI to generate and adapt content at pace across platforms
AI & Digital Tools
• Actively using Claude (Anthropic) and other AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Finding smart ways to use AI to improve efficiency across campaigns, content, and reporting
• Staying current with emerging digital marketing tools and platforms
What we're looking for:
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a professional services or B2B environment
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in a marketing context
• A good eye for design and confidence with Canva and/or Adobe Suite
• Strong writing skills — and the ability to brief and refine AI-generated content
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Solid understanding of SEO and CMS management
• Data-driven, organised, and able to juggle a varied workload
• Curious, proactive, and always looking for a better way
• Full Australian working rights - PR/ citizen preferred
