We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support the planning, creation, and execution of content across our social channels. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, trends, and storytelling, and wants to develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and LBB’s editorial team to help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Location: Hybrid : Minimum 3 days a week in office at LBB’s global HQ in Soho, London.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day activity across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Support content creation, including writing captions, developing ideas, and basic storyboarding
- Design and create on-brand visual assets using tools such as Canva, including static posts, carousels, and social-first graphics for campaigns, events, ticket launches, announcements, countdowns, and product launches.
- Adapt and optimise creative assets for different platforms, ensuring consistency in layout, typography, and tone
- Contribute to the overall look and feel of our social channels, bringing ideas to improve visual identity and engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding in a timely and on-brand manner
- Track performance metrics and help compile regular reports on engagement and growth
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
- Support campaign planning and execution across organic and paid social
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with wider marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in social media, marketing, content creation, or a related field (including internships or freelance work)
- Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and attention to detail
- Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and how different audiences engage with content on each
- Genuine interest in digital culture, internet trends, and evolving content formats
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools, including native platform insights (experience with Google Analytics is a plus)
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and keen to develop both creative and analytical skills
Desirable
- Experience using social media scheduling and CRM tools such as Hootsuite or HubSpot
- Basic design and/or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or within the advertising/creative industries
- Understanding of how content fits within wider marketing or campaign strategies
- An eye for visual storytelling and awareness of current design and social media trends
- Experience contributing to or managing social media accounts (personal, freelance, or professional)
