Supple Homes Inc. is hiring a part-time Part-Time Rental Reservations Assistant (Airbnb & VRBO) to support the day-to-day coordination of bookings and guest communication for our short-term rental properties. This position is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and already familiar with managing reservations through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

What You'll Do
- Oversee reservation calendars across Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental platforms
- Reply to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation changes in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate check-in details, check-out timing, arrival instructions, and guest messaging during each stay
- Track availability and reservation details carefully to help prevent scheduling conflicts
- Communicate booking adjustments, cancellations, and calendar updates clearly and promptly
- Coordinate cleaning appointments, property turnovers, maintenance access, and related scheduling needs
- Keep reservation records, guest communication notes, and scheduling details accurate and up to date
- Follow through on guest questions, concerns, and special requests to support a positive stay experience
- Assist with administrative coordination tied to short-term rental operations
- Communicate in a professional manner that reflects the standards of Supple Homes
What We're Looking For
- Experience handling or coordinating short-term rental reservations
- Practical experience working in Airbnb and VRBO
- Strong familiarity with guest messaging, booking workflows, and calendar management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reservations, timelines, and follow-up items effectively
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and online reservation tools
- Able to work independently, stay on top of details, and address issues proactively
- Reliable, professional, and responsive
- Experience in hospitality, property management, home services, or luxury client support is a plus

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $8 to $12/hr
