Youāre not just booking appointmentsāyouāre owning the customer experience from start to finish.
- Be the face of Parkway Fordās service department
- Guide customers through their service journey with confidence and clarity
- Translate technical information into clear, valuable recommendations
- Accurately document customer concerns to ensure repairs are done right the first time
- Identify and recommend additional services that genuinely benefit the customer
- Deliver a seamless, high-energy experience from check-in to vehicle pickup

- ā Valid driverās license
- ā Minimum 2+ years as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- ā Strong automotive knowledge (Ford experience is a bonusābut not required)
