A Production Lead Hand works directly on the line while guiding floor staff to meet daily manufacturing goals. They report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Core Duties

-- Set work pace by performing manual production tasks and operating machinery. -- Assign daily work stations and duties to shift workers. -- Monitor line output to ensure the team hits production quotas. -- Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of protective gear. -- Inspect product quality to catch and minimize defects on the floor. -- Train new hires on machinery operation and facility procedures.

Experience:

--- 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Skills: Strong communication, basic leadership, and mechanical aptitude.

Spanish Fluency or experience in Bakery is a plus.
