Agilus is recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst - Contract in the health care industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This full time 7 month contract will provide statistical analysis in reviewing, developing, implementing and delivering compensation & benefits programs
A typical day:
- Performs compensation and benefits related trend and other statistical analysis
- Administers job evaluation process
- Prepares input to compensation, benefits, pension, and work experience surveys
- Provides technical guidance to the HR team
- Conducts ad hoc market surveys and prepare management reports
Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and achievement of a CCP,CBP or CEBS designation preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 3-5 years of hands on compensation experience performing compensation & benefits analytics, hourly/salaried merit administration in a union and non-union environment plus 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in analyzing benefit and pension programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills along with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft an asset
- Experience with HRIS, data manipulation and report writing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Total rewards:
- $25.00 - $30.00 hourly
- Weekly pay
- 4% vacation pay on each cheque
- Possibility of extension
- On a transit route
