THE ROLE
You will be pivotal addition to our growth team and the architect of our paid growth strategy. You’ll craft campaigns that resonate deeply across the industry. Document wins and losses and transform them into repeatable playbooks that we reference often. And you’re just as excited to be hands-on-keys in platform as you are providing strategic direction.We’ve hti some massive milestones and have the wind at our back. You will help us carry that momentum forward, move faster, and find even more opportunities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Design strategic advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google (search and display)
- Work with Copywriter and Senior Graphic Designer to craft engaging ads that convert
- Make landing page recommendations that help us increase conversions
- Manage advertising budgets with precision, ensuring funds are optimally allocated for maximum impact across all campaigns
- Oversee additional digital media buying activities, such as direct buys from publishers, influencers, affiliates, and more
- Work in close collaboration with internal teams, such as CRM/Email, Creative, Social Media, and Account Management to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign executions
- Perform detailed audience research and leverage data insights to pinpoint target demographics, behaviors, and interests that align with campaign goals
Agency Management
- Manage external agencies and relevant resources to ensure they are delivering optimal results across different programs
- Provide consistent detailed reports and insights in conjunction with our ad ops agency partner(s), outlining campaign performance and suggesting actionable optimizations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in platform capabilities, and best practices to stay ahead in a competitive landscape and foster innovation in our campaigns
- Identify and explore new profitable opportunities across paid media channels to drive growth and efficiency
Operations
- Build and maintain a paid advertising playbook to standardize best practices across regions
- Create and implement a strategic experimentation framework for continuous testing and optimization of new creative
- Develop clear and comprehensive SOPs to document best practices and lessons learned
YOUR PROFILE
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media marketing
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to swiftly toggle between strategic oversight and hands-on execution
- Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 with working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Strong in directing the design and development of engaging creatives and copy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to foster productive relationships and work cohesively within team settings, ensuring alignment and synergy in project execution.
- Keen attention to detail and precision in managing complex data sets and analytics
- High degree of competency using tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack to ensure team alignment, task management, and timely updates of milestones
- Intellectually curious about the practice of paid media and the market opportunities

- Implement systems that allow us to scale
- Implement an experimentation framework that allows us to run ongoing experiments
- Maintain a strong blended ROAS across each program
- Launch at least 2 new projects that directly contribute to our respective business goals
