This position is a pivotal role within our organization with leading and managing marketing materials and integrated programs to support Business to Business activities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to execute a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with strong initiative and a passion for marketing.
Scope for the position:
- Responsible for developing & executing marketing materials & activities to support Business to Business activities
- Ensure all activities are in support of company goals and brand focus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise and support the brand team in the creation & distribution of retailer facing assets (i.e.. literature, danglers, displays, coupons, etc.)
- Lead, coordinate and execute the end to end the implementation of the Puresource/NOW Catalogue from creation, content, to print & digital versions
- Create & execute trade facing monthly e-newsletters
- Maintain monthly digital wholesale price lists
- Lead and manage National Trade shows for our company including leading the full show process, timelines, budgets, booths, product stock, vendors, specials, scheduling & all marketing support materials etc.
- Manage & maintain the Puresource.ca website and B2B websites
- Ensure that digital product content is maintained and accurate on the product content platforms (i.e. Syndigo)
- Establish and monitor budgets and spends for trade marketing activities
- Manage and implement trade facing advertising placements with key journals
- Support new 3rd party Brands in launch, follow-ups, & brand trainings with our sales team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams
- Other had hoc projects and tasks as required
Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, and certifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of Marketing experience, in a similar industry preferred
- Exceptional collaboration with others within the organization
- Exceptional project management experience-3+ years
- Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry considered an asset
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including presenting to internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Experience leading and managing trade shows is a must
- Hands on experience working with digital agencies to maintain website integrity
- Adaptability in a dynamic, complex and fast paced environment
- Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
- Attention to detail is a must
- A passion for marketing!
- Available for occasional overnight travel
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
