About the position
The Creative Strategist will be in charge of research, orienting the in-house production, the UGC creator production, design & post-production team, performance analysis & optimization.
This role is for you if you have:

Responsibilities
- Learn & conduct extensive research on clients
- Develop and execute creative strategies across paid media platforms that align with direct response and performance goals.
- Analyze and leverage data to inform creative decisions, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and ROI.
- Work closely with both creative and data teams to produce content that is not only visually compelling but also drives measurable actions.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing and adapt strategies based on real-time feedback and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends (Organic & Paid) and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance.
