Potential Future Opportunities can include:
Operators: Be part of a dynamic team performing a range of construction, maintenance, and operational activities. Carry out a variety of manual tasks while using equipment to maintain, operate, and inspect water distribution and wastewater collection system assets.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, O.I.T. Certification and valid full G license in good standing.
Engineering Technologist/Technician – Ability to review and provide comments and technical insights/recommendations, manages customer inquiries, plans and coordinates meetings, liaises with contractors and sub contractors and provides support to the Project Management team.
Job Requirements: Degree/Diploma in a related study, Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Engineering Technician Designation, 3 years of experience within water and wastewater construction or design.
Project Managers: Manage a variety of large and complex projects that support growth and new development within Peel. Prepares request for tenders, and requests for proposals, works with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups, tracks and monitors all aspects of the project including time, budget, scope.
Job Requirements: Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 5 years of related project management work experience, understanding of water/wastewater systems. Able to facilitate project meetings, provide recommendations to internal and external stakeholder groups.

Non-Union Positions:
- Employer paid benefits including Health, Dental, Vision care and health spending account (effective start date)

Union Positions:

- 6 Employer paid sick days per calendar year
- Automatic enrolment into OMERS pension plan
- Accrue Vacation at 2 weeks (10 days) per annum in accordance with the CUPE 966 Public Works Collective Agreement
- Paid Holidays as outlined in the CUPE 966 Public Works Collective Agreement
- 4-day work week in effect for specific roles working 40 hours per week as per the CUPE 966 Public Works Collective Agreement
- Annual uniform and cleaning allowance
