The Deal Administrator will report to the Finance Manager and will be based in our Montreal office. The position involves working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders, specifically brokers. The individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Achieve a good working knowledge of Dealio – JLL’s Brokerage deal management system Process client invoices relating to various business lines, mainly Brokerage Maintain brokerage deal files Communicate with internal and external parties to obtain required documentations Review contracts, commission agreements and other Brokerage related documents Calculate commission terms, complete Trade Record Sheets and enter/upload all required information in Dealio Generate client invoices and monitor monthly Ensure compliance with Fintrac and provincial real estate boards, specifically OACIQ Process & track expense reports Assist on other ad hoc and assigned projects WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry Bilingual (English & French), proficient in both verbal and written communication Advanced working experience in Excel is required Ability to read contracts and commission agreements.
