The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare roles, a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles, from job postings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source and engage with top talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions within the healthcare system.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to foster partnerships and expand talent pools.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines during the hiring process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay informed on trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and workforce planning. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and the regulatory environment affecting healthcare staffing.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nurses, physicians, or allied health professionals.
