Overview:
Leo Burnett is looking for their next Junior Digital Designer to join their Digital Production Team. A Digital Designer will develop their existing skills by working with senior agency creative staff on a range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital design, and a keen eye for detail. They must understand typography, layout, animation and art direction
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of digital assets such as social assets, banners, newsletters and website graphics
- Adapting conceptual files from art director across various channels and size
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries and design files.
- Creation of creative decks for client approval to assets.
- Support digital producers, developers and animators throughout the production life cycle.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with a background of working as part of a team.
- Educational background in design and art direction is a definite asset.
- Strong knowledge in Adobe creative suite.
- Knowledge of Figma and Invision.
- Illustration skills are a definite asset but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistency regardless of project size and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and the willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
