Summary Of Duties
The PAA is responsible for booking virtual visits via zoom and registering patients in QCPR. The PAA will work collaboratively with the providers working virtual shifts and assist them with administrative tasks as needed. The PAA will assist in tracking virtual visits and tracking/evaluation of the virtual ED services.
Qualifications/Skills
- One year of Community College - Medical Terminology course preferred
- One year of Administrative/Business experience required, in a health care setting preferred
- Demonstrated Person Centred Care/Customer Service behaviour
- Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows
- Typing at 40 net words per minute or keyboarding at 106 net keystrokes per minute
- Ability to organize work effectively and work at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
