Armour is currently hiring a Licensed or Apprentice Mechanic and Reefer or Trailer Technician in Moncton, New Brunswick.
What You’ll Do And Need
Licensed Mechanic
- As an Advanced Licensed/MasterTech mechanic you will service and maintain our transport fleet of equipment.
- Previous experience as a leader and support for apprentices and journeyman with strong diagnostic skills.

Apprentice Mechanic
- As an Apprentice, you will assist with the maintenance of our transport fleet of equipment.
- Work in a Team Environment: A fun, fast-paced, and supportive company culture.
Reefer Technician
- Minimum of 5 years experience in transport and refrigeration required.
- Background working on Carrier Reefers an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair truck and trailer refrigeration units.
Trailer Technician
- Performs preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers’ specs
- Write explanations of work performed, review work orders.
- Charge out all parts used for the specific task
- Licensed Commercial Trailer Technician Certification would be an asset
- Licensed or apprentice as a Heavy-Duty Technician would be an asset
- Knowledge of Heavy Truck Garage safety principles and behaviours
- Experience in fabrication, welding, and/or tailgate repairs is an asset
- Valid Class 5
